We are meeting to inform you that the contract between NHS England and DMC Healthcare for GP Services (DMC Vicarage Lane & DMC Helathcare1) delivered from the Vicarage Lane Health Centre at 10 Vicarage Lane, Stratford, E15 4ES is due to expire at the end of March 2016.
NHS Newham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS England’s priority is to ensure that interim arrangements are in place by 1 April 2016. In order to do this we will look at a number of options including finding another organisation to provide services from the practice premises in the interim.
Two patient events have been arranged at the surgery on Thursday 18 February 2016 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm and on Monday 22 February 2016 from 1:30 pm -3:00 pm where NHS England and NHS Newham CCG representatives will be present to answer any questions you may have. We would be delighted to see you at one of these events. Please confirm your attendance with Tahera Khan at Tahera.Khan@newhamccg.nhs.uk by Wednesday 17 February 2016.
Allocated Named GP
All patients will be allocated named GP Dr A Suliman - Clinical Lead.
This does not mean you can only see one GP, all patients can see any of the GPs in surgery.

From 01st March 2015 Patient Access will be available for patients to book appointments online and view their Medical Information. Please go to https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk to register or ask at Reception for more details.
Convenience doesn’t stop there and you can now access a number of services online. Ordering a repeat prescription or sending us your comments are both just a click away. And if you’re not yet registered with us you can download the necessary forms here too.

We are aware of the ongoing issues with our telephone lines and we are working closely with the Health Centre Manager and the phoneline provider to rectify this as soon as possible, if you are having problems getting through to us please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible within office hours, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
